Position Description
The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and Administrative duties. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can effectively balance strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (60%):
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top AI talent
Manage and implement recruitment process, including stakeholders management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offering and onboarding
Maintain a talent pool for current and future job openings
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Analyze and report hiring metrics and provide suggestion to continuously improve the hiring operation
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks, analyze competitor practices and salary data to ensure competitive and attractive job offers
Provide expert guidance and consultant throughout the hiring process
2. Employer Branding (20%):
Enhance the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, Bootcamp program and company events
Collaborate with the corporate team to create compelling content that showcases the company culture and values
Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts
3. Employee Culture & Engagement (15%):
Generate ideas, build an agenda and prepare event logistics for Cinnamon employee engagement programs (Happy Monday),, team-building events (including Company trip, Local trip, Year end Party, etc.), and other initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Host/execute Company Global All-hands meeting and other recognition events
Promote regular Motivation Cloud Surveys and propose corresponding actions to improve employee morale and satisfaction.
Work closely with the management team to address employee concerns and promote a culture of open communication.
Collaborate with the Trade Union in monthly events and activities organization, Company clubs promotion.
4. Administration (5%):
Manage company vendors and proceed monthly payment operation
Handle office repairs and maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment
Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed
Collaborate with other HR Generalists in various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, cross-location support
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
A good listener with strong interpersonal skill
People oriented individual who enjoy working with people or having desire to unlock
others' potentials
Have interests with high-technology trending
Quick learner and willing to work under demanding and challenging environment
