Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute regional business plans for sales, profitability, and expenses.
    • Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive divisional initiatives.
  • Customer Management:
    • Oversee service strategy, ensure account profitability, and foster key customer relationships.
    • Lead sales promotions and business reviews to enhance service and product value.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, lead, and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
    • Build a collaborative environment and identify talent development and succession plans.
  • Business Development:
    • Drive new business through targeted prospecting and manage contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Safety Leadership:
    • Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years industry experience - field and corporate experience highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong sales aptitude and experience leading a team of sales professionals
  • Proven success in delivering results in a high growth environment
  • Experience working with and knowledge of computers (e.g., MS Office suite)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
  • Driver's license
  • Fluency in English and country specific language
  • Ability to travel extensively
