Strategic Planning and execution

1. Develop strategic business plan to ensure sales targets are meeting or exceeding year over year growth
2. Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually business plan for PS team that aligned with strategy, direction of company.

Sales supervision & management

1. Build business management processes to closely monitor business activities
2. Monitor and manage the daily sales and operation of PS team to support them achieve their target
3. Delegate tasks and/ or projects to suitable subordinate
4. Develop and maintain strategic relationship with existing and potential merchants, clients (B2B) as well as business partners
5. Develop new business opportunities by identifying target customer groups and new markets, developing market approaches.
6. Conduct sales performance forecasting and analysis, report

People Management & Development

1. Recruit, develop & retain talents to ensure the business development in the assigned region
2. Build a capable PS team & have succession plan by leading & providing coaching/ training to subordinate
3. Coordinate with Training department to build development roadmap and training for PS team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: Bachelor or higher Degree
2. Professional major: Preferable in Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
3. 2nd language ability: Strong verbal and communication skills in English
4. Related experiences: At least 3 years of experience in Sales B2B management in enterprises specializedproviding premium service to VIP customers such as bank, air, hospitality, travel…
