Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Workplace: 13F, Block B, Song Da Building, Pham Hung St., My Dinh Ward, Nam Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi

• Work directly with clients: communicate, negotiate, gather project requirements, analyze needs, and relay requirements to the project team;
• Identify project requirements, provide effort and time estimates;
• Manage detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery;
• Monitor project quality and ensure team compliance with deadlines;
• Measure project performance and efficiency;
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to resolve project-related issues.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Knowledge & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role; 
• Proven track record of managing at least 3 projects targeting English-speaking markets;
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Familiarity with various estimation techniques;
• Strong skills in task management, time management, and problem-solving;
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written);
• PMP certification is a plus.
