Production plan

- Discussion with Plant Manager and Planning team on the weekly/Monthly basis for the production plan

- Communication of the plan to respective Production supervisors

- Any changes in the plan due to any reasons to be informed to all the stakeholders

Manpower Arrangement

- Basis the production plan, arranging for the manpower of ofi and 3rd party as per the standard in discussion with HR team

- Ensuring meeting the productivity of the production line with the available manpower

Production

- Working closely with the production supervisors to ensure below

- Meeting the production volume as per the plan

- Meeting the efficiency target for the line (OEE, capacity, productivity)

- Meeting the process loss target (Raw Material loss, Packing material loss)

- Ensuring timely submission of daily production reports to the stakeholders

- Ensuring timely submission of stocks data with respect to the material input and output to all the stakeholders

Safety

- Periodically reviewing the safety concerns in the production line along with the team and highlighting/working with stakeholders to resolve the same

- Immediately reporting/highlighting any safety issues/concerns to the plant manager

- Working towards making the safe working environment for the team

Quality

- Working closely with the production team and quality team to ensure nil issues related to food safety

- Following the specs as defined by the quality team

- Following the protocols set for regular cleaning and checking

Communication

- Communicating regularly with all the departments for working together to ensure production in full on time and right quality

Improvement Projects

- Working with team and taking up projects to improve capacity, productivity and losses

- Implement lean processing on the production floor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-  Experience  -  min 5 years preferably in food company/food packing company in a similar role

-  Participation in daily/weekly/monthly review meetings

-  Working with team to maintain 5S in the lines and good cleaning practices

-  Manging stocks for consumables needed for production

-  Good team player

-  Good with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

-  Basic English language
