Develop the market intelligence activity: Define and execute demand research, competitor’s movement, consumer insights, technology trend and operational tactics

Activities Management
Zalo, Tiktok, Facebook account management (Advertisement / content, Traffic, Consumer in- sight management)
Corporate and Product visualization Management
Map Program
ATL Activities management such as activities ROI(TVC, Online / Digital, OOH, PR / CSR, Brand Event)
BTL Activities Management
Product Management Activity management : Product pricing and competitor benchmarking, Product technical roadmap, rebate Sell- in
New product launching: Develop, implement and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to drive effective marketing plans, the promotional calendar for new products launching.
Trade Promotion management: Develop and execute the sell- out promotion program, Monitor, measure and analyze the efficiency and ROI of marketing initiatives and programs, and maintain the data quality of the marketing database
Business Development Activity management: Demo, Technical Meeting, Crop Events, Product Events
POSM Production and Installation: Designation, production and installation, Vendor management.
Farmer Activity management: Farmer Club, CRS event
Budget Management
ATL, BTL Budget management: Approve the budget execution, Vendor selection and management, Employee advance management
Department Operating Budget management: Department operating expenses management
Team Management
HR planning and organization chart development
Team KPI management
Training management
Performance dialogue
SOP and policy development
Develop and SOP, Policies and monitor the compliance from the department

Knowledge and education level:
- Knowledge about plant protection products and related products
- Graduated in Marketing or Plant protection/ Agriculture/ Economy…
Skills:
- Work independently
- Strong closing skills; proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
