One of our clients, the amusement company, is looking for a Merchandising Manager. 

* The main Job responsibilities are ① to produce/purchase movie related products and ② to get/manage the character IP. (Merchandiser)

【Job details】

- Plan, design, and manage the production of character- and movie-related goods.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose attractive product lineups.

- Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers for quality control and timely delivery.

- Lead research, negotiation, and contract signing for new character IPs.

- Manage existing IP licenses and oversee contract renewals.

- Develop branding strategies for IPs and implement measures to maximize revenue.

- Other tasks assigned by a manager.

Requirements:

【Must】

- English: Upper-Intermediate

- More than 5 years of experience as a merchandiser in the entertainment, film, hospitality, service, or F&B industries.

- Having experience and strong knowledge in the IP business
