1. Primary Objective:
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for AI blockchain projects to elevate brand awareness, attract customers, and optimize revenue.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Identify target markets, analyze competitors, and devise strategies to capture market share.
Operational Marketing Management
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and achieving high ROI.
Brand Development and Management
- Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all media channels.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and achievement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing strategic insights and improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the efficacy of marketing initiatives, leveraging advanced analytical tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend and implement strategic adjustments based on data analytics and market feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service departments to ensure alignment and coherence in marketing efforts.
- Participate in product development to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.

2. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the Marketing industry with at least 3 years as a Senior Leadership.
- Proven expertise in blockchain, AI, or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
- Preference for candidates with international education or top-tier domestic university graduates with honors.
