Support the execution of tasks within the company as requested by the manager.
Perform tasks such as scheduling, arranging meetings, meeting with partners, customers, etc., and supporting the manager with tasks such as booking flights and hotel rooms for business trips.
Communicate the manager's information to the departments, personnel in the company. Perform analysis, evaluation, and reporting of employee performance to the manager.
Support personnel work, corporate culture, internal meetings for the organization, etc.
Identify the company's short- and long-term goals to develop plans for each department and report on the implementation status to the manager.
In many cases, the assistant manager can assist in contributing opinions, advising the manager in planning, developing strategies, and making urgent decisions when the manager is absent.Man, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experienced in project management.
Strong knowledge or studying in a major such as business administration, marketing, etc.
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese law is plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
