- Represent the General Director in welcoming state agencies...
- Handle important documents sent to company
- Deploy, receive and process work from the General Director
- Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for the General Director
- Monitor the progress of the company's work items, personnel-related issues, support budget preparation and budget monitoring.
- Complete tasks assigned by the General Director on schedule.
- Research; prepare reports; handle unexpected and complicated situations; negotiate with state agencies such as: Tax, bank, customs, environment, police and suppliers
- Work with local authorities: Police, environment...
- Participate in contributing ideas, making proposals to improve processes when necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good English
- Knowledge of law
- Good relationship with local authorities
- Experience working with Banks, Taxes, Customs.
- Graduated from university of law or equivalent majors
- At least 5 years and above in similar Senior Management position
- Good negotiation skills
