Oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.

Manage IT staff, providing guidance, training, and support.

Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements.

Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements as needed.

Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- 5 days workings/week, 2 days off/week
