Stay up- to- date with digital media developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.
Provide strategic marketing communications advice and direction to the executive team.
Monitor social media and online trends that can influence our marketing strategies and provide insights for improvements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activity.
Other tasks as requested by superiors.
Plan and direct communication strategies for products annually, semi- annually, quarterly, monthly, and per campaign, including budget management and reporting.
Regularly update and manage social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of information and promotional material.
Develop and manage content for all owned social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications across all channels.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably with a background in 4- star (or higher) hotel settings.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
