What You’ll Do
Job Description / Capsule
Be directly responsible for assigned portfolio performance & business development in the North (from Ninh Thuan to the north provinces).
Report directly to the Business Unit Director and directly supervises a group of Area Managers.
Has responsibility for sales of the hospitals in North (from Ninh Thuan to the north provinces) and support to implement marketing strategy for whole Respiratory in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities and building short-term and long-term business plans and strategies to expand business.
- Responsible for sales management & execution of assigned portfolio within geography to ensure achievement of business goals; manage the PnL and ROI of the sector with appropriate FTE and investment.
- Lead and develop the team including, but not limited to, performance development, talent management, and career development.
- Cohesive with brand team to implement business and marketing strategy to optimize all potentials of brand, market and channel, achieve successful growth and market share of own areas. Evaluate and monitor promotional activities vs. KPIs.
- Together with brand team and medical to develop key stakeholders & KEEs through scientific programs and engagement
- Responsible for budgetary compliance; and team compliance including 1st line monitoring, drive success, etc.
- Adherence to AZ global policy for external interaction, code of conduct and industry code of promotional practices.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Graduate Degree in Pharma, Science or Medicine with minimum 5+ years Sales and/or Marketing management experience.
- Or graduate Degree in Economy, with 5+ years’ experience in Pharma & Medicine
- Vietnamese proficiency required
- MBA is Preferable
- Biopharmaceutical is preferable

- Năm 2002, Khởi công xây dựng nhà máy
- Năm 2011, Thương hiệu Thép Vina One ra đời, đầu tư mở rộng năng lực sản xuất
- Năm 2012, Đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ phần sản xuất Thép Vina One, bên cạnh đó sản xuất thành công thép hình U-I-V
- Năm 2013, Đạt được chứng nhận Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO 9001:2008 và Chứng nhận Hợp chuẩn hợp quy Quacert
- Năm 2014, Doanh số bán hàng tăng trưởng 72%
- Năm 2015, Vận hành thành công dây chuyền tôn mạ kẽm với công suất 150.000 tấn/năm, ngoài ra còn nâng tổng công suất nhà máy lên 400.000 tấn/năm
- Năm 2016, Vận hành dây chuyền luyện phôi thép có công suất 120.000 tấn/năm, đầu tư mở rộng nâng tổng công suất nhà máy lên 500.000 tấn/năm. Tháng 8 khởi công xây dựng Nhà máy tôn mạ lạnh, mạ màu
- Năm 2017, Tháng 10 vận hành nhà máy Mạ nhôm kẽm, cho ra sản phẩm Tôn Mạ lạnh với công suất 250.000 tấn/năm. Nâng tổng công suất nhà máy lên 750.000 tấn/năm
- Năm 2018, Vận hành dây chuyền mạ màu và ống thép mạ kẽm nhúng nóng, nâng tổng công suất nhà máy lên 900.000 tấn/năm
- Năm 2019, Vận hành dây chuyền mạ lạnh số 2 có công suất 300.000 tấn/năm, vận hành dây chuyền cán hạ có công suất 200.000 tấn/năm. Nâng tổng công suất nhà máy lên 1.200.000 tấn/năm
