Mô tả công việc
- Train, mentor, allocate tasks to and supervise Front Office team members to ensure a quality operation.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Must be well aware of all emergency policies and procedures if any while on duty.
- Carry out check - in and check – out process.
- Update Tenant’s relevant data into Tenant’s profile promptly and accurately.
- Collect all information and documents at the beginning of each shift from other departments or from apartment tenants and will track work accurately.
- Update and make purchase requests and deliver tenant birthday gifts.
- Receive tenant cash payments and issue the appropriate receipt. Controls the Front office cash float.
- Keep the daily logbook up to date.
- Explains and is a source of information on facilities within the building and apartments.
- Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Have a college/university degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluently English speaking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
