Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hanoi for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for designing organization chart, managing workforce planning, taking care of employee experience, handling employee relations, and overseeing performance management processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
• OD & EJ expertise
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Certification in HR or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
