Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR field who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, both for external and internal communication, and is comfortable working in a work-from-home environment.


As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion-dollar in assets, we’re looking for someone who shares the same growth mindset—ambitious, responsible, and ready to grow with us. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-term journey.


Compensation: 5,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND per month (base salary + commission)


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 PM - 12 AM (Vietnam Time)(4 hours per day) (night shift)

Zoom meetings required during working hours.

100% Remote Work


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with the hiring manager and HR team to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Post and manage job listings on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed etc.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate motivations, relevant skills, and overall fit for the role.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts (social media content, testimonials, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the HR department to discuss and contribute to recruitment strategies, processes, and solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in interviewing and evaluating applicants.
  • Proficiency in English (professional level) and Vietnamese, both oral and written.
  • Familiarity with Facebook job postings and other sourcing platforms, with experience in
  • reaching out to and engaging candidates through online channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working with KPIs and commission-based roles is a plus.
  • Prior experience with international hiring is preferable.
