POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will optimize cash flow, analyze financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and capital allocation to ensure long-term profitability and stability.

COMPENSATION: From 15,000,000 VND monthly

WORKING HOURS

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:

• Monday: Evening Shift 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Vietnam Time (4 hours)
• Tuesday-Friday: (8 hours/day) Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Vietnam Time (4 hours) and,

Evening Shift: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM Vietnam Time (4 hours)

• Saturday: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Vietnam Time (4 hours)
• Zoom meetings required during working hours

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure financial stability, optimize fund allocation between accounts to maximize returns, and ensure liquidity for operational and investment needs
• Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions, conduct revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasting, and perform risk analysis and scenario planning
• Assess market trends and expansion opportunities while optimizing working capital allocation for business sustainability
• Recommend tax-efficient investment strategies and guide the selection of insurance policies for financial protection

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CFA, CMA, CPA, or CTP certification preferred
• 3-7 years of experience in financial planning, treasury, or corporate finance
• Strong background in cash management, investment analysis, and strategic finance
• Proficient in Vietnamese (fluent) and English (intermediate) with a solid understanding of finance terminology and effective communication skills
• Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Expertise in cash flow management and financial forecasting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of banking operations and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
