Bulk is a supply model of industrial gas by Liquid form. Bulk Business Developer is a position in the Sales Department who is responsible to find new customers and sign new Bulk contracts in order to boost company sales and profit.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Proactively identify and qualify potential customers within the assigned territory by ensuring a timely and deep understanding of their industrial gas needs and market dynamics.
Coordinate cost and solution optimization to develop high-quality proposals and technical solutions, managing the entire negotiation process to successfully sign new contracts.
Ensure operational excellence by delivering on all contractual commitments and timely resolving complaints or issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and collections.
Drive sales growth and customer loyalty by conducting regular visits to build strong relationships, proactively identifying customer needs, and proposing suitable solutions.
Conduct market studies and establish basin reports for high-density areas, while creating and maintaining an up-to-date customer database for the assigned territory.
Enhance company visibility through selective events, partner influence, and equipment presentation, while ensuring strict administrative compliance by recording all customer contacts (visit, email, phone) in the BAR+ system.
Drive growth in focused markets by developing expertise in gas applications—specifically championing one ALTEC solution—and aligning technical sales efforts with the company’s strategic priorities.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related Technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of technical sales experience with industrial products; experience in a multinational engineering organization is preferred.
Prior experience liaising with Chinese-speaking clients is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Results-oriented and practical with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Highly adaptable with a strong capacity for continuous learning.
Professional maturity with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with initiative.
