Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Executive who is targeting to sharpen his/her recruiting competencies under demanding hiring requisitions that came from our teams and be part of Anfin to deliver our high-quality services by onboarding excellent team members.

* Recruitment
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidates’ selection criteria.
Fully committed to the hiring target of the entire team Tech & Non-Tech positions.
Manage the entire cycle of recruitment process, from initial stage to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the hiring process.
Evaluate and identify appropriate recruiting channels’ performance to apply into the sourcing strategy.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve hiring processes.
* Employer Branding
Organize and deliver induction programs to new employees.
Ensure candidate’s experience throughout the Company’s selection process and Onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal team for employee engagement activities.
Manage for AnFin's LinkedIn and Fanpage of AnFin Careers.
Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Other tasks which are related to the above listed responsibilities.
Qualifications
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
2+ years’ experience working in Talent Acquisition covering both Tech (Dev, QC, PO, UX/UI Designer, Data, etc.) and Non-Tech (Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Good skills of hunting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good at adapting to a new Applicant Tracking System.
Very responsive, can-do, mature, and proactive.
A good team player.
