About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our top-tier clients. You will lead customer onboarding, guide clients to realize value through the full lifecycle, and proactively identify opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Growth teams to deliver an exceptional enterprise experience — while continuously improving our playbooks and processes to scale customer success.
This role is ideal for someone who’s highly customer-centric, data-informed, commercially savvy, and excited to shape the future of how enterprises engage with AhaSlides.
What You’ll Do
Activation & Strategic Onboarding
- Own the onboarding experience for new enterprise clients, ensuring rapid time-to-value while building genuine connections from day one.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and co-create success criteria and align AhaSlides to their key initiatives.
- Design scalable onboarding frameworks and contribute to the evolution of enterprise playbooks.
Adoption, Engagement & Value Realization
- Drive deep adoption of AhaSlides across teams, departments, or regions by understanding individual user needs and motivations.
- Analyze usage data to identify adoption gaps, engagement trends, and expansion signals, then personally reach out to help users unlock value
- Run regular business reviews with senior stakeholders to communicate value, share insights, and influence future adoption strategies.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer — advocating for enterprise needs in product development and support processes.
Expansion, Renewals & Account Growth
- Maintain a proactive renewal strategy by building trust and demonstrating continuous value, ensuring clients see you as a true partner. Identify and close upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales (e.g. new teams, additional licenses, training services).
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and power users.
- Help design tiered customer success strategies based on account segmentation and growth potential.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably at a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex customer relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable with renewal ownership and expansion strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide client decision-makers.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar to drive insights and automation.
- Strategic thinker who’s also happy to roll up sleeves and dive into tactical execution.
- Experience working with customers in education, corporate training, or live events is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in US or European time zones when necessary to align with enterprise client schedules.
- Confidence with online meetings - you enjoy engaging with clients virtually.
