• Priority is given to candidates with strong expertise in fire protection and plumbing systems for real estate and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of compressed air, vacuum, and boiler systems is considered an advantage.
• Prepare concept, basic, and detailed design drawings using Revit MEP or AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards.
• Undertake all necessary design calculations, analysis, schematic diagrams, and equipment sizing.
• Assist the Team Leader in producing design specifications, design reports, and finalizing calculations.
• Propose technical innovations to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, contractors, and clients as required.
• Support the Team Leader/Manager in equipment & material quantity take-off, cost estimates, and technical schedules.
• Review and check all drawings and calculations produced by self and other team members before submission.
• Ensure drawings are reviewed by the Team Leader prior to external issue.
• Follow company’s design procedures and professional standards.
• Undertake site visits and inspections as required.
• Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractors/construction managers.
• Liaise with contractors to support site implementation.
• Perform duties assigned by MEP Director/Manager/Team Leader within the required timeframe.
• Assist Team Leader in various technical and project coordination tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Degree qualified in Water supply and drainage Engineering /Mechanical Engineering
• Be a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer, or be eligible to become a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer.  
• Years of experience:  4-6 Years Post Graduate Experience
• Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.
• Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including Revit, AutoCAD and MS office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project & Access.
• Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental building standards (LEED and similar).
• Intermediate written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Previous experience within design teams and on Author’s Supervision duties.
