We're currently expanding our team and looking for a driven Junior IT Recruiter to join our journey. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking to grow their career in IT recruitment while working in a professional environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles and technology stacks within the Engineering team.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies to meet evolving hiring needs.
Stay informed on industry hiring trends and adapt recruitment practices accordingly.
Support process improvements and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Office Administration (10%)
Oversee procurement, office supplies, equipment usage, and facility operations.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and payment processing to support daily operations.
Employee Engagement & Employer Branding (10%)
Organize internal events to promote team engagement and reinforce company culture.
Create and manage content for social media to enhance BMBSoft's employer brand and attract talent.1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of the IT industry.
Proficient in using various recruitment channels and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for sourcing and talent acquisition.
Strong recruitment skills: job description creation, candidate sourcing and selection, talent hunting, engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, and offer negotiations.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.Compensation & Rewards
