Receipt of Travel and Expense claim forms;
Processes/audits Travel and Expense claim forms and all relevant documents, according to legal requirements and internal Guidelines and Policies;
Posting in SAP
Report for KPI
Performs daily activities in terms of Employee Dispute management;
Ensures good communication with local unit and internal/external customers;
Actively participates in the Continuous Improvement Process;
Coaches new employees after the training period;
Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from the area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures applicable within the company;
Fulfills any other tasks related to the area of responsibility as requested by the direct superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Language: Good at English, Japanese (N3)
Graduated at University
At least 01 year of experience in accounting (AP/AR)
Good knowledge on MS office programs (Excel, Outlook)
SAP knowledge and experience with cloud solutions is a plus
