Process invoice for payment on time
Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective
Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Update monthly master data for systems maintenance
Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request

REQUIREMENTS

Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
Can- do attitude, urge in learning and development
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proactive, hardworking, and independent

IT ADMIN cum Marketing Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Assistant for IT team:
Analyze and distribute daily tasks to IT team based on the ticketing systems.
Assist supervisor to prepare self- service user guide, instructions, manuals, knowledge articles and provide training to Bosch employees.
Manage the handover of IT equipment to Bosch employees and vice versa.
Prepare regular inventory and consumption reports for management.
Daily perform inventory management of IT equipment.
Arrange delivery/receiving them from/to other locations within Vietnam.
Documentation support for supervisor: meeting minutes, expense reports, task tracking.
Be the customer front facing for IT Service Management: service request, incident report, service consulting…
Marketing support
Assist with basic graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Analyze marketing data and provide reports on IT activities.
Support content creation for internal marketing, IT Tips and marketing materials.
Additional support (If any):
Event Planner for IT events:
Be in charge of ad- hoc tasks if assigned.
Plan and organize internal IT department monthly activities, get together events.
Plan, organize and run roadshows, exhibitions, product launching events both internally and externally for IT department.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to work full- time during 6- month internship period.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
3rd or 4th year students with major in English, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Business Information System, Digital Marketing or any related field.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Familiarity with IT support processes and customer service principles.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Can- do attitude, urge in learning and development.
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred. Training is provided for all assigned tasks.
Basic design and content creation skills are a plus.
Reliable, pro- active, high- disciplined, patient and organized.
Ability to work in multi- cultural team.
