Handle general office administration
Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Support to plan and organize internal events, training sessions, or company meetings.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office equipment maintenance.
Translate documents, emails, memos, and business materials from Chinese to English when needed
Assist non-Chinese-speaking colleagues in communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking clients, vendors, or team members.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (2-3 years preferred).
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
