Mô Tả Công Việc
• Execute daily sales activites and Develop new customers to reach company’s yearly business plan based on weekly PDCA cycle
1 Support Head of department to develop yearly plan
- collect data
- analyze and forecast for sales
2.1. Sales activities
Make detail plan based on Yearly plan and KPI
- develop weekly action plan
- allocate tasks for each staff
Execute daily sales activites
- supervise and support daily activites
- build good relationship with cutomers
- build up and improve company image and product brand
Develop new cutomers
- conduct and guide to open new account based on target
- make tactics how to approach to new customers
Analyze and review result of activities
- in chrge to analyze result of activites
Report to Top management
- Support to make report
2.2. Recruitment
Make JD and proceed interview and internal procudere
3. Process Create new process / improve current processes to improve efficiency
- Execute proper internal procedure
- Support to make suggestion for improving procedure
4. People Development
Lead, develop, motivate team to achieve department/team targets/objectives and optimize resources
- Execute development plan about managing, developing and motivating for each staff to optimize human resources

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor Degree,(prefer) in marketing, business administration, foreign trade or related majors.
• At least 3 years of practical salses experience of multinational companies, large companies in the FMCG / food industry or equivalent, of which up to 1 year of experience in similar position.(mandatory) basic knowledge about meat, such as part name, hygiene issue, way to cook (prefer) relationship with customers
• Deep knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of product with short product life).
• Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to propose advertising activities.
• Professional skill in executing business plans according to the company strategies.
• Analyze sales data and suggest sales tactics
• Skills in: leadership, negotiation, problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to manage resources effectively.
• Business Level in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge about business trade and food hygiene and safety
• Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
• Willing to have business trips regularly
