Execute daily sales activities:
- Order on time, push for better sales, arrange delivery, and collect money on time
- Build relationships with customers and get good sales results: make prompt action for troubleshooting, feedback, and report
-Develop new customers to reach sales target: Make contracts and start deals with new customers, find business opportunities by researching and surveying the market
-Analyze and review results of activities to improve sales activities and make tactics : support sales manager to analyze business results and make report
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Bachelor Degree, (prefer) in marketing, business administration, foreign trade or related majors
Experience
At least 1 year experience practical experience of sales of multinational companies, large companies in the FMCG / food industry or equivalent (prefer) relationship with customers basic knowledge about meat, such as part name, hygiene issue, way to cook
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of product with short expiry date)
• Basic knowledge of food market
• Familiar with proposing and negotiating trade term, margin, and contract
• Familiar with co-operating with internal marketing department for activations, sampling etc.
Soft Skills
• Skills in: negotiation, problem solving and executing
Special requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge about business trade and food hygiene and safety
• Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
• Willing to have business trips regularly
• Under 35 years old
