SALARY: 8 - 15 million VND

Main Purpose:
- Daily operation for IT System and Infrastructure
- Daily IT supporting for JVL’s users

Working Relationship:
- Another departments of JVL: Provides technical support and solutions to the business users, who are the internal customers of the IT department. The IT team needs to understand the business needs and requirements, communicate effectively, and deliver quality service.
- Vendor or 3rd party supplier: Works with external vendors who supply hardware, software, cloud services, or other IT products and services to solve daily issues of company’s IT daily operation.

Main Responsibilities:
I IT Policy & Process: Yearly 15%
Supporting to monitor the compliance of the IT policies with relevant regulations and standards.
Support Manager on Training for internal employees (yearly)
Possibly training junior staff
II IT Infrastructure Operation: Weekly 20%
Implement and monitor IT Infrastructure, including: Networking devices, Telecom Service
Evalute and suggest the best suppliers of IT Network, Hardware for the company
Daily operate and monitor all IT Infrastructure service
III IT System Operation: Weekly 30%
Implement and monitor IT System, including: Server, Application maintenance to optimize its usage
Evalute and select the best suppliers of IT System, Application solution for the company
Daily operate all current IT systems and Applications
IV IT Supporting: Daily 30%
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Providing technical support across the company
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements
V IT Process Improvement: Daily 5%
Provide training and guidance to ensure the adoption and compliance of the new or improved processes.
