Mô Tả Công Việc

Job Summary:
Take main responsibilities to:
1. Prepare and implement business plans as assigned.
2. Build our brands' image at MT channels (supermarket, mini supermarket, CVS), supervise and optimize POSMs, sales resources in the most effective ways)
3. Analyze customer data and the results of KPIs implementation and propose solutions to improve customer service.
4. Control, review, direct and regulate implemented activities effectively.
5. Recruit and mentor team members, and develop capabilities of them
to achieve the assigned business objectives: revenue, market share, distribution, display, image, presence ... "

Job Details:
1. Prepare and implement business plans in MT channels as assigned
- Responsible for planning and implementing plans to achieve sales, distribution system, brand image and market share ... in the assigned channel to achieve short-term / long-term goals as assigned by company; find new customers, suggest detailed sales plans according to MKT programme.
- Organize the sales execution and customer care supervision according to committed sales in the contract; evaluate the feedback from customers and build timely adjustments and solutions to improve efficiency, keep pace and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze and evaluate opportunities to increase sales for MT channels (increase SKUs / points of sale, increase inventory at point of sale ...).
- Participate in negotiation and persuade new customers when needed.
- Follow up and update orders and customers' chefs/purchasing department requirements... to improve the quality of services quickly and appropriately; participate / coordinate in handling troubles/complaints between customers and internal relevant departments as needed.
- Coordinate with MKT Department to build and supervise the implementation of commercial programs at customers locations, develop business activities, support other marketing activities (promotion, POSM, display, launching, communication activities...) effectively.
- Responsible for using sales budget effectively according to company regulations."
2. Build our brands' image at MT channels (supermarket, mini supermarket, CVS), supervise and optimize POSMs, sales resources in the most effective ways
- Implement a sales strategy to stregthen image of Vinabeef products in customers' menus, banner, poster, customer's website when they have events (sales discount events, festivals, congresses, celebrations, customer gratitude events... ).
- Supervise implementation and management of sales equipment, POSMs (cabinets, shelves, advertising / display items ...) at the points of sale in accordance with regulations and sales's purpose.
3. Analyze customer data and the results of KPIs implementation and propose solutions to improve customer service
- Propose, plan and supervise the implementation of promotional activities, sales support program, new product penetration activities if any; sales support activities at restaurant/hotel/barbecue chain or supermarket, new and related convenience store relating to display location; increase the availability of products on display facilities such as renting docks, counters, shelves, vending equipment (cabinets), ... according to the plan and outlined schedule .
- Cooperate in organizing marketing activities, communication programs and brand activation in areas related to customer attraction, sales development and brand and market share development.
- Analyze and evaluate the business performance of each customer; monthly and quarterly business results ... to have detailed action plans.
- Regularly update customer info, competitors, market trends.
- Always follow sales target and KPIs; propose and build solutions to achieve sales and improve KPIs.
- Analyze and evaluate information and data about competitors' activities timely; propose appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
4. Check, review, direct and regulate effectively implemented activities
- Support handling of implementation related activities for business plan; give recommendations and guidelines to support sales activities in the highest effectiveness.
5. Recruit, and coach responsible salesman and have good sense of team development
- Participate in recruitment, interview; propose hiring / discipline for subordinates to comply with company rules, labor discipline, rules and standards of work, itinerary and working schedule of employees.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide training in skills related to performing work for subordinates.
- Encourage, develop sales capabilities, management capacity for responsible team.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Salary:
50 - 70 million VND on agreement upon actual experience and qualification

Working Place:
- Hochiminh: Vinamilk Tower, 10 Tan Trao road, Tan Phu ward, No. 7 dist.
- Hanoi: 14th Floor, Tower A, Handiresco Building, 521 Kim Ma, Hanoi

Education Background :
Bachelor Degree,
(Prefer) in marketing, business administration, foreign trade or related majors."

Experience:
At least 5 years of practical experience in MT channels management of multinational companies, large companies in the FMCG / food industry or equivalent, of which up to 2 years of experience in similar position.
(Mandatory) basic knowledge about meat, such as part name, hygiene issue, way to cook
(Prefer) relationship with MT channels

Professional Knowledge & Required Skills:
1. Deep knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of MT channels.
2. Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to propose advertising activities in MT channels.
3. Professional skill in executing business plans according to the company strategies.
4. Skills in: leadership, negotiation, problem solving and decision making.
5. Ability to manage resources effectively.

Other requirement:
- Business Level in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge about business trade and food hygiene and safety
- Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
- Willing to have business trips regularly
