Salary: 14 million - 22 million VND/month upon agreement based on actual capacity.

Mainly responsible for: Purchasing, Storage, and Delivery:
1. Receive purchase requests, and implement the procedures of bid - price approval - contract signing - PO - contract implementation (payment, delivery, documents, acceptance and liquidation...).
2. Implement the plan to purchase and supply goods, supplies and raw materials (NVL) within the assigned scope to ensure: meeting the plan of goods demand, in accordance with the process, ensuring quality – quantity of goods, optimal cost for both domestic raw materials and imported goods.
3. Ensure day-to-day administrative processes and delivery arrangement to improve processes and communication lines within the scope of supply chain management.
4.Coordinate with forwarder on procedures and regulations on export and import goods according to regulations of customs and company policies.
5. Manage and monitor the list of approved suppliers, receive and report handling of complaints related to suppliers of raw materials and goods to the Company's management.
6. Manage and report inventory and carry out delivery procedures, regularly communicate and work with outsourcing partners.
