Main Duties:

- Be in-charged of implementing Marketing plans of Vinabeef brands to achieve business targets and long-term development.
- Co-operate with Sales Department to build short-term and long-term Marketing strategies for Vinabeef brand and sub-brands.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, follow and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material is in line with Vinabeef brand identity.

Job Details:
- Propose, plan and build short-term / long-term Marketing strategies according to development strategies of brands and company.
- Cooperate with Deputy General Director (Sales and Marketing) to build and develop brand strategy, brand positioning and new product development, packaging design, to achieve the company's business goals.
- Plan and implement the most suitable and effective mass media advertising program to achieve the goals of the proposed marketing strategy.
- Take main responsibility to organize and follow the implementation of Marketing programs. Analyze data, follow and synthesize the results of MKT programs and MKT plans to propose and implement solutions to develop brand and sub-brands of the company.
- Coordinate with Sales Department to closely follow the sales situation, and forecast/estimate the sales volume, to propose suitable programs and MKT plans to optimize costs and invested resources.
- Take responsibility to allocate and manage in-charged MKT budget appropriately in the most effective ways .
- Set up necessary information and data system; ensure that information and data are thoroughly researched and analyzed, quickly update competitor's situation.
- Manage, check and evaluate suppliers, ensure that all suppliers can meet the standards and criteria of Company.
- Recruit, and coach marketing team and have good sense of team development in order to meet the requirements of professional competence and work efficiency
