Support Master Data & Report Management

• Support in collection & restructure of planning data in innovative ways for efficient management & fast track & trace;

• Support in set-up & systemizing input & output data for KPI Performance trackers, including dashboards, for the team and each NPI project.

Support with documenting NPI & Export processes and TPM activities

• Facilitate the set-up, review & improvement of processes, procedures and work instructions for NPI & Export, and have them properly documented;

• Support deployment of the team’s TPM activities

• Support the progress follow-up toward KPIs performance & planning improvement activities

Support during project implementation

• Support follow-up & document progress of team projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Information System Management

Digital Competency:

• Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Point, Power BI, SQL

• Power App & MS Teams preferrable

• Understanding of Planning & TPM is preferred.
