ABOUT THE POSITION
This position will drive pre-production/production planning and delivery execution at vendor group level, communicate production/delivery status to relevant Depts. and Los, and lead the global/LO process improvement projects.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
• Leads FGV training & team training, Initiative implementation (SOP modification, system change testing, etc.), CI tasks (process improvement, etc.) and Supply chain projects at the low to high level of complexity, subject to the line manager’s assignment.
• May provide guidance to lower level professional staff but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
• Reports production issue & solution as well as initiative progress to and consults with Management team
• Ensures continuous improvement in delivery performance for assigned vendors to meet production goals.
 Reviews & analyses production reports (PPR/CPR/VP, etc.) with FG vendors. Communicate issues to relevant depts. Keep internal system and related LOs/HO updated accurately in timely manner.
 Proactively identifies and address production and capacity issues. Solves moderately complex problems of production, and develops creative solutions based on the evaluation of multiple options. Impact is defined by the ability to influence decisions through expertise. Ensures that factory corrective action plans are established and followed up as needed.
 Provides FG vendor with the update for any relevant production docs (VAS spec, UPC data, artwork, reporting templates, procedures, etc.) and ensures that FG vendors follow accordingly.
 Visits factories frequently to review production status and work with FG vendors on the issue prevention & resolution.
 Support vendors and raw material suppliers in their communication of C/S orders – To be as reconciler if any discrepancies or arguments that can affect the garment delivery and quality.
 Works with HO Planning team on the approval of early/late delivery & relevant ship mode changes, production shortage/overage…etc
 Works with FG vendor logistics team to ensure vendor compliance, shipping document accuracy and approves payment in system.
• Establish and maintain good Partnership with related cross functional departments in the organization and other business partners outside of organization (FGV, RMV, etc.).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

YOU HAVE
• University/College degree in textiles, apparel, business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related professional experience and strong competence with the various tools and procedures used to manage apparel, accessory & equipment production
• Experience with raw materials and the apparel, accessory & equipment supply chain
