Responsibilities:

Participate in training courses organized by the company and the manufacturer as required by the supervisor.
Collect, analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor information, and report to superiors.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Category Managers to implement marketing activities, presentations, and product demonstrations in assigned markets.
Seek and develop new customers.
Coordinate and monitor the progress of payments and debt collection.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, manage customer information.
Report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the direct supervisor.
Develop, plan, and execute business plans according to assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Organize weekly meetings with team members, supervise, and support team members to ensure that assigned targets are met.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Medicine or Pharmacy.
Dynamic and able to work under high pressure.
Required skills: Product presentation, presentation, product consulting, sales, communication, effective problem- solving.
Personal qualities and character: Enthusiastic, meticulous, honest, proactive, highly responsible, ability to work under high pressure.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
