General Purpose:

• In this position, a candidate will be the key contributor whose responsibilities will support OM and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing VietNam office’s general administrative activities.
• Support OM in tasks related to Administrative and HR in VietNam office.

Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

Administration:

· Support OM in office activities

· Manage monthly procurement for office supplies, including pantry snacks, stationery, and sanitary items

· Follow office repair, maintenance, or renovation.

· Follow the calendar organize company events such as annual health check-ups, company trips, and Year-end/New Year.

· Support business trips for managers or employees, including booking hotel/ airfare/ visa process.

Human Resources:

· Cooperate with HR regional and the Accountant in delivering HR documents, and collecting company forms ( PIIA, Code of conducts, etc).

· Follow employees leave application ( PTO) report.

· Process onboarding& exit forms, exit process.

· Follow check list and register Medical insurance for new employee and employee family member& withdraw the register for resigned employees.

· Support teams with their training program.

· Handles employee complaints and grievances

Software Architect requirements:

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through

· Enthusiasm for working within a team environment

· Balenchor’s degree in Economic Human Resources or related field

· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
