This position will be a member of Tax Team and also support Chief Accountant and Finance Manager in related tasks. As a member of this team, you will be shaping the future of Datalogic's success in tax compliance and mitigate tax risks for the company.
ROLE MISSION
Support to report and control tax declaration, keep strict deadline and compliance with Group policies and Tax laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• E- Invoices:
- Work timely with AP Team & Logistic Team to monitor E-invoices issuance
- Identify cases of gifts (if any) for issuance of E-invoices in accordance with regulations
This is daily issuance without any delay, be back-up by Senior Tax Accountant
• Tax declarations:
- Prepare data for monthly VAT report
- Ensure the reconciliation of any discrepancies between VNACCS/VAT report/ SAP system
- Monitor/assess input and output VAT to ensure proper claims for creditable input VAT for
monthly declaration and VAT refund purposes
- Ensure deadline of submission
- Prepare calculation sheet and submit FCT report
- Draft the FCT calculation and declaration form, collect supporting document before double
checking by Senior Tax Accountant and final submission
- Prepare request of tax settlement
- Ensure deadline of submission
Arrange all preparing steps without any delay to keep deadline of submission
• VAT refund:
- Collect supporting document per Tax audit requirement: invoices (input and output), tax
reports, payment document, remittance notices from the Bank...
- Prepare data before submitting VAT refund request
• Report to local authorities:
- Proactive to collect data for reporting based on report timeline
- Ensure deadline of submission
• Support to Internal/ External audit: Assist in locating documents and information requested by auditors
• Mapping:
- Support to reconcile the trial balances between audited FS and SAP
- Ensure GL account details are available in both VAS (included adjustment entries after
audited) and SAP versions
In charge of VAS mapping for GL accounts, support to Senior Tax Accountant to reconcile
the VAS mapping of trial balance
• Ad-hoc tasks
- Perform other assigned tasks from leader, managers.Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Primary Language:
• Good English skills
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax field
Specific skills:
• SAP skills is priority
• Good MS office skills
• Good English skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with diversified culture (cross-functions)
• Proactive in communication and can-do attitude
