Receptionist tasks:
Receiving incoming telephone calls, documents and transfer to related person. Sending documents, courier when needed. Arrange and control the meeting rooms.
Welcome visitors warmly, make sure they are comfortable, instruct them to meet people.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
Admin tasks:
Make sure the office runs smoothly, work with suppliers to get the best rate, and solve the problems if any (phone, taxi, electricity, drinking water, stationery, express service DHL, TNT, EMS, 247, hotel, air ticket, printing, healthcare service, office flower, office cleaning, etc...)"
Payments: process all the payments on time (including monthly payments and other necessary payments)
Booking: hotel, air ticket, team lunch/ dinner/party.
Apply for visa: VOA for guests, Business / Tourist visa for expats.
Maintain accurate labor records for foreign experts working in Vietnam (including Work Permits and Temporary Residence Cards)
Arrange for visiting plan for guests (pick up, transportation, accommodation...)
Order beverages and food for guests and expats when needed.
Support all the ex-pats and co-workers (HCM, Long An, Bien Hoa, Di Linh, Buon Me Thuot, Quy Nhon, Gia Lai) if any.
In charge of Zoom meeting
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
Internal Communication tasks:
Develop and execute plans for internal communication activities, ensuring requests and managing funding for these initiatives. This includes organizing quarterly Employee of the Month celebrations, birthday events, and major holiday festivities throughout the year.
Disseminate event information through common communication channels to ensure all employees are informed.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Graduated with a College or University degree in fields such as Human Resources, Social Sciences, English language, or Business Administration; however, this is not a mandatory requirement.
Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in HR & Admin, General affair field is preferred.
Key Behavioral/ Leadership Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development/Energetic, self-motivated, and enjoying the challenge
Key Soft Skills: English skills: Business English fluency/Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT).
Key Technical Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Other Priority Competencies/Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written/Have good ethics and self-discipline

Các sân golf thuộc hệ thống của FLC Biscom đã đi vào vận hành: FLC Ha Long Golf Club, FLC Sam Son Golf Links, FLC Quy Nhon Golf Links, sân tập Golfnet tại Hà Nội. Trong thời gian tới, FLC Biscom sẽ đưa vào vận hành 02 sân golf khác là FLC Quang Binh Golf Links (bao gồm chuỗi 10 sân golf) và FLC Do Son Golf Links.
Bên cạnh mảng vận hành sân golf, mỗi năm FLC Biscom đã đăng cai và tham gia tổ chức hàng chục giải golf chuyên nghiệp, bán chuyên nghiệp và nghiệp dư trên cả nước, trong đó có các giải đã gây tiếng vang lớn trong làng golf Việt Nam như FLC Vietnam Masters 2017, FLC Golf Championship, Faros Golf Tournament, FLC Ladies Cup 2018…
