• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.

• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.

• Keep detailed records of employees' study habits and monitor their learning progress.

• Flexible class schedule: after working hours (17:00) or on weekends, with each session lasting 1-2 hours.

• Offer both online and offline training sessions.

• Manage classes with approximately 15-25 participants.

• Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.
