Key Responsibilities:
• Develop unique beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, and spirits, that complement our brand’s identity.
• Train baristas and beverage staff on product knowledge and presentation.
• Monitor quality and consistency in all beverage-related operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stay updated on industry trends to ensure fresh and creative beverages.
• Implement cost control measures and reduce waste to enhance profitability.

Requirements:
