As an E2 Learning Advisor, you will professionally onboard and take care of current students, update and support study progress, and maintain relationships with families over time.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Student Services:
● Make weekly calls to update parents about students’ performance;
● Contact parents to inform cancellation/schedule change of meetings with counselors;
● Follow up with counselors to understand students’ progress;
● Work with parents/students to prepare documents and application components to help them achieve the highest results in college/university admission;
● Deal with students/parents’ requests/concerns. Produce deferment/refund reports for the
finance department;
● Handle students/parents’ requests/concerns and student complaints;
● Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Admin, and Marketing departments to organize student activities;
● Support students struggling in college prep programs and counselors with students’
behavioral or academic issues;
Re-enrollment Sales:
● Communicate with parents to get confirmation of re-enrollment registration of existing
students;
● Follow up with absent, delayed, and deferred students;
● Follow up with parents to remind them to meet tuition payment deadline;
● Coordinate with other departments to prepare for the new term;
Leadership:
● Coach and mentor at least 01 Junior staff;
● Provide reports on student progress at the center;
● Collect feedback to present in cross-department projects;
● Organize team-building activities;
● Oversee at least one of the key department projects;
Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager.
You have…
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
● At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling in College Prep, especially for U.S. Admission;
● Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
● Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new platforms;
● Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
● Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude;
● Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
● Flexible and adaptable to changes.
