- Checking and addressing top issues reported by team leaders in Hydra software.
- Creating daily reports for mold-related issues, such as downtime, change, failure, and cleaning.
- Coordinating with maintenance, HSE, GA, and promoting 6S principles.
- Collaborating with mold shop, QAC, and development teams to resolve mold problems.
- Reviewing train driver reports.
- Ensuring adherence to ISO standards in production processes.
- Managing inventory of accessories and equipment.
- Conducting external audits.
- Overseeing mold repairs, stock management, and evaluation of new molds.
- Creating and updating PFCs, SOPs, and other documents.
- Preparing item name labels.
- Training new workers on processes and machine operation.
- Handling additional tasks as required by the manager/supervisor.
- Transportation from Ho Chi Minh City/ Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh
- Working time: Monday to Friday (8.00 - 16.30); Saturday (8.00 - 12.00) & 1 full Saturday off per month.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduate from Engineer University or relevant fields
At least 2 years working experience in relevant jobs
Good English writing and speaking skills
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
