COMPANY BACKGROUND
Fuse is an Insurtech platform that connects various insurance products from many insurance companies with multiple distribution means, channels, or partners. We deploy the latest cutting edge technology to make insurance easy and affordable for anyone. Our platform supports primarily 3 business models, namely Business-To-Agents/Brokers (B2A), Business-To-Customers (B2C), as well as Micro Insurance (B2B2C).
Our Fuse Pro App is tailor-made for B2A business. This App enables anyone to become an independent insurance consultant to act like an expert; to instantly curate the most suitable and best insurance products for their customers. Our B2B2C model supports digital small ticket size insurance products, making insurance affordable for everyone.
Fuse is a brand trusted by channel partners like Tokopedia, Grab, 30+ insurance companies, along with 40,000+ registered partners. Fuse currently generates more than 2.5 million insurance policies each month.
We have more than 400 teammates, with 15 branches, across 4 countries, we strive to be the #1 Insurtech platform in SEA and make insurance available for everyone in the region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Discuss with insurance companies to prepare claim manual, procedures and guidelines for new project - Ensure the service level regarding claim services (SLAs, customer satisfaction)
- Responsible for claims of all types under the digital channel
- Handling administrative work related to claims service and E-claims portal.
- To follow up outstanding claims information and documents with claimants for settling claims.
- To keep a good communication with customers (internal and external) to achieve a greater customer satisfaction claims service.
- To assist the Managers in preparing reports and statistics as required.
- Be alert to identify sales opportunities in the course of handling claims, and drawing these to the attention of appropriate staff.
- Assist in handling claims in a way which will enhance the Company’s image and reputation for services of high speed and efficiency.
- To execute other office tasks as required by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
● University graduation.
● Good command of English.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
● Effective interpersonal exchange skills are required to create and expand partnership with internal and external customers as well as to influence the way the business partners think, feel or behave.
● Analytical and synthetically ability.
● Good soft skills.
● Have good discipline and responsibility
● Have time management skills.
● Any expertise in 4.0 related technology is a preference.
EXPERIENCE:
● Require minimum of 4-year experience in claims service
