We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decision-making. Your work will have a huge impact on business operations by improving the performance and processes.

You’ll do

1. Data Analysis:

• Develop databases and continuously monitor tables to support operational efficiency.
• Analyze key operational indicators, customizing insights to departmental requirements.
• Produce detailed operational reports in response to management requests.
• Employ statistical methods for rigorous data analysis and validation.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover hidden insights within the data.
• Translate complex data findings into understandable insights.
• Present these insights effectively to inform strategic decisions.

2. Data Interpretation and Reporting:

• Interpret and communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to present insights and recommendations.

3. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.

4. Database Management:

• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Maintain databases and data systems necessary for analytics.

5. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

You have…

• At least 3-years of experience in a Data Analyst role in product companies, Ecommerce domain is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good logical and critical thinking, willing to go extra miles and learning new things
• Have a good business mindset, love to solve business questions and eager to make impact 
• Result-oriented and get things done mindset.

• Morning: 8:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 8:00 am to 8:45 am)
• Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 5:45 pm (check out from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm)
