Responsibilities
- Build the sale tool which includes technical specifications and features, competitors landscape.
- Coordinate sales team and supporting team for tender process and selling activities.
- Carry out marketing activities such as organizing/participating in specialized seminars, product introduction and presentations.
- Work closely with partners/suppliers on goals, annual report, products, price, policies, purchasing and documents related to the product in charge.
- Take on the role of product training and support for relevant departments.
- Support coordination with other departments to monitor and report on product sales.
- Build and manage KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and professional customer networks through market research activities and participation in specialized conferences.
- Develop the annual marketing strategy and action plan for assigned products.
- Perform other tasks under the direction of the Direct Manager and the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related filed.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing within a similar industry
- Sale & marketing experience: Presentation, Sale activities, customer support, teamwork, negotiation, research.
- Strong growth mindset and openness to new ideas.
- Ability to perform advanced data analysis and exhibit critical thinking.
- Monthly salary up to 20 mil.
- Annual performance review or promote based on the employee’s capacity.
- 13th month salary.
- Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance: based on the full salary stated in the employment contract
- Full package of personal healthcare program by Bao Viet.
- Annual company trip and health check-up.
- Friendly working environment.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
