We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate - Hub Thu Duc, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with high energy, quick thinking individuals who will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for driver partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs
• Thực hiện hướng dẫn/ đào tạo đối tác tài xế, đảm bảo đối tác mang lại trải nghiệm khách hàng tuyệt vời, tuân thủ theo các quy trình và thỏa thuận thống nhất.
• Check and control the stock management at the HUB (Sticker/ Lalabag/ Helmet/ jacket…)
• Kiểm soát và quản lý kho hàng tại HUB (Sticker/ Lalabag/ Mũ bảo hiểm/ Áo khoác…)
• Handle all issues, complaints and other types of Driver support requests via channels: call, email, chat and face to face.
• Giải quyết tất cả các vấn đề, khiếu nại và các yêu cầu hỗ trợ khác của tài xế thông qua các kênh: điện thoại, email, chat và trực tiếp
• Support the installation of Lalamove stickers on drivers' vehicles, ensuring that the stickers are applied to the relevant standards for each type of truck.
• Hỗ trợ dán sticker Lalamove trên xe của tài xế, đảm bảo đúng tiêu chuẩn cho từng loại xe.
• Participate in 6 on-location video filming per month, with each shoot lasting approximately 3 hours.
• Tham gia quay phim ngoại cảnh 6 lần/tháng, mỗi lần khoảng 3 giờ.
• Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
• Hoàn thành các mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu cá nhân và theo nhóm.
• Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
• Work Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

What You Need

• Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
• Bằng cấp: Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan. Sinh viên mới ra trường hoặc đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện khóa luận tốt nghiệp cũng được khuyến khích ứng tuyển.
• Experience: Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train and develop the right person for this role.
• Kinh nghiệm: Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực vận hành, chăm sóc khách hàng sẽ là một lợi thế. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi sẵn sàng đào tạo và phát triển những ứng viên có tiềm năng.
• A full-time commitment for at least 6 months is required
• Yêu cầu đảm bảo làm việc toàn thời gian ít nhất 6 tháng
• Have a personal laptop is necessary
• Sử dụng laptop cá nhân để làm việc là cần thiết
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese
• Giao tiếp tiếng Việt tốt (cả nói và viết)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential
• Thành thạo các ứng dụng tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel
• Familiarity of using existing social media platforms
• Quen thuộc cách sử dụng các nền tảng mạng xã hội
• Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred
