• Rotational assignments: Gaining hands-on experience in different departments such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, etc, to understand different organizational functions.
• Project involvement: Contributing to and learning from various projects across the organization, from commencement to completion, , providing support and fresh perspectives.
• Data analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making and identify trends & opportunities
• Communication & Networking : Building relationships and effectively communicating with colleagues across all departments and levels, to achieve common goals.
• Problem-solving: Identifying issues, analyzing potential solutions, and implementing effective strategies.
• Continuous learning: Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Administrative support: Assisting managers with daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Skill development: Participating in training programs and workshops to acquire essential management skills including problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and communication, to enhance professional skills.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Demonstrate leadership potential.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
• Project management skills.
