Job Description

• Responsible for managing purchasing department and supplying materials - goods/equipment for manufacturing.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet each order requirement
• Sourcing for suppliers and negotiating cooperation policies to optimize business efficiency (Commodity policy, payment, debt, purchase price, discount).
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Develop creative and innovative procurement processes
• Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings
• Manage relationships with suppliers and select and develop new suppliers
• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues
• Effective budget tracking and management.
• Coordination of logistics and distribution.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Analyze past results, perform variant analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implement cost saving initiatives and continuously monitor and report on cost performance.
• Oversee the negotiations and contracts of all purchases made by the procurement department.
• Managing, training and supporting the work of members in dept.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher with major in economics or engineerings fields.
• Having from 05 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing industry. 
• Strong planning and leadership skills 
• Fluency in English
