This position is to:
• Knowledge of processing of warehouse controlling.
• Control the issues of warehouse
• Ensure the supply on time to production request.
• Receive all material local & over sea
• Issue all material to Production requirement and Pick list.
* Warehouse Operations
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods
- Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
- All stock issues are resolved and feedback to person involved
- Control age sensitive materials to limit goods expired date
- Conduct cycle counts and stock counts as procedure defined
- Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security at the working environment
* Human Resources and Leadership
- Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged, and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.

* Inventory Management
- Maintain full stock transparency & accountability
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate to ensure the stock figure tally with Finance
- Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories
- Maintain and manage documents in compliant with ISO.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree.
Specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics is strongly preferred
Working Experience
· At least 2+ years' experience in warehouse operations with experience in using ERP software (Glovia preferred)
· 1+ year of working experience as WH Supervisor or relevant positions is a plus.
· Good command of computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment.
· Good at English Communication & writing skills.
Special Abilities
Ability to work in high volume and pressure.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and manage a team in warehousing working environment.
Good computing skills, preferably with Microsoft Office.
Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competency
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Ability to drive forklift is a plus.Laptop
