- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of the company sales, goals and profitability. - Establish sales objective by forecasting and development annual sales quotas for region, projecting expected sales volume and profit - Assist Sales Leader and Sales Director for determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing analyzing trends and results. - Build up channel partners of business development and EPC partners to find new projects, customers in Local & FDI sector (except for Korean & EVN projects) - Follow up projects - Make reports to Sales Leader on project status- Bachelor degree in Electric field such as: Electrical equipment, electric power systems, automation... - Good at English or Korean - At least 7 year working experience in Sales/marketing /consulting solution of Electrical system - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, Project management, complex problem solving, decision making, critical thinking and leadership skill - Eager to make new relationship- Bonus: fixed bonus 13 th monthly salary + 14 th month salary if company has profit - Yearly performance bonus/ Sales incentive - Summer holiday: 5 days/year. - Healthcare insurance package for employee and wife/husband, accident insurance 24/24h - Many benefits for employee and employee's children... - Have a chance to be trained and development career - Working time: 8:00- 17:20 from Monday - Friday
