What This Role Is All About
As an Invoicing Junior Specialist, you’ll be part of our Order to Cash team, making sure our customers are billed accurately and on time. You’ll work with monitoring and billing data, prepare and send invoices, reconcile usage and revenue, and support clients with their payment-related questions. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain precise customer and billing records, helping us keep our cash flow healthy and our customers informed and satisfied.
What You’ll Do
- Follow internal procedures to ensure accurate billing and timely invoice issuance and delivery within agreed terms.
- Support the increase of customers on automatic invoicing and help optimize our invoicing processes.
- Maintain an active portfolio of customers, including handling manual invoices and related documentation.
- Keep customer master data up to date in Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Resolve manual document and invoice requests accurately and on time, including balance checks on prepaid/postpaid accounts.
- Handle internal and external escalations and disputes in a professional and solution‑oriented way.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience communicating with clients via email, phone, and online meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good understanding of billing or invoicing processes and customer account management.
- Confident using MS Office tools, especially Excel, and comfortable working with CRM or billing systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
